Today I cook spicy carrot soup. Very warming and a great way to boost your immune system.

So easy to make. Only a few ingredients but so many benefits.


Remember about the last meal of the day. Have it around 6 pm-7 pm. Use the nighttime to fast, that makes it whole process so much easier to go through.
